To Buy or Hire?
Please note that we at La Sposa dont actually offer a hire service, all the prices on our website are for sale only! I do realise that sometimes you can pay similar prices to hire however we dont offer that service! If you want to buy chair covers, table linen and sashes you have certainly come to the right place, if you want to hire then please let me know and I can refer you onto to our preferred suppliers in your region.
Remember, if you're looking to hire make sure you request the products come from La Sposa as we supply only the best quality fabrics in Australia! We are also the leaders in bringing new products into the market, like the Ruffled Lycra and Crushed Taffeta covers.
Shipping and Delivery
We use Startrack Express as our preferred courier however when you are ready to make a purchase you will be the choice of Australia Post or Startrack. If you require delivery to a PO Box then you must select Standard Australia Post freight as the courier service needs a street address.
We strive to freight out orders within 24 hours of payment and 90% of the time this is what happens. If you need an order urgently then please call or email to advise so that we can do our best to dispatch it right away.
We can overnight products if orders are super-urgent, once again just call or email and we'll do our very best to make sure you get what you need in time.
Return Policy
La Sposa will only accept returns if the goods are still in their original packing and are undamaged. The buyer must return the goods back using a Registered Service ONLY (such as courier or Registered Post via Australia Post). When the items have been returned to La Sposa, the buyer will recieve a full refund for goods ONLY less a $5 administration charge. No freight charges will be refunded.
Payment Methods
La Sposa accepts credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. Credit Card and PayPal transfers are instant however bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to clear. No goods will be shipped until funds have cleared.
Please note that PayPal payment incur a $1 surcharge on the total cost of the order. Mastercard & Visa have no surcharges but American Express will incur a 1% additional charge on the total cost of the order.
